We accept returns only under the following conditions:
โ Returns Accepted If:
The product is damaged or leaked upon delivery
You received the wrong item
The product is defective (for GPS devices)
โ Returns Not Accepted If:
The product has been opened or used (especially food/spice items due to hygiene reasons)
The wrong product was ordered by the customer
Minor damage to outer packaging that does not affect the product inside
โณ 2. Return Request Time
You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
Order ID
Clear photos or video proof
Description of the issue

Once your return request is approved:

Online payments: Refunded within 5โ7 working days
Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via Bank Transfer or UPI

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
โ A free replacement will be provided
โ RAAMORATAN will bear the shipping cost for replacement

Used food products

Delivery was refused by the customer
Courier failed after multiple delivery attempts
