📦 1. Return Policy
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
✅ Returns Accepted If:
The product is damaged or leaked upon delivery
You received the wrong item
The product is defective (for GPS devices)
❌ Returns Not Accepted If:
The product has been opened or used (especially food/spice items due to hygiene reasons)
The wrong product was ordered by the customer
Minor damage to outer packaging that does not affect the product inside
⏳ 2. Return Request Time
You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
Order ID
Clear photos or video proof
Description of the issue
💰 3. Refund Policy
Once your return request is approved:
💳 Refund Processing:
Online payments: Refunded within 5–7 working days
Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via Bank Transfer or UPI
🔄 4. Replacement Policy
If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
✔ A free replacement will be provided
✔ RAAMORATAN will bear the shipping cost for replacement
🚚 5. Return Shipping
For damaged or wrong items: Free return pickup
For other approved returns: Customer may need to send the item back

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
Opened spice packets
Used food products
Opened combo packs

Refund will not be applicable if:
Incorrect shipping address was provided
Delivery was refused by the customer
Courier failed after multiple delivery attempts

You may cancel your order:
✔ Before the order is dispatched
❌ After dispatch, cancellation is not possible
